Ed Echt has over 35 years experience in corporate management, business development and business ownership. Prior to joining The Entrepreneur’s Source he spent 21 years in corporate management in all business disciplines with his final 10 years spent in senior management positions. Ed also invested in 2 franchise businesses and served as president and managing partner in an independent management training and consulting firm. In 2002 Ed joined the Entrepeneur’s Source to pursue his life’s passions through franchise ownership. He absolutely loves assisting people achieve their career dreams. Since beoming a “Dream Team” member Ed has worked with hundreds of individuals exploring career options and has received numerous awards from the Entrepreneur’s Source for his excellent performance and dedication to his clients, including the award named for the company founder. Ed is a sought after speaker and seminar facilitator. Ed also serves as the Vice Chairperson of The Entrepreneur’s Source Franchisee Advisory Council. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Admininstration and a Masters of Science Degree in Human Relations.
